Lenny joined Venari Partners in 2019 to lead our Executive Interim Solutions practice.

With over 14 years’ experience, he holds a notable track record in assisting investors, boards and ExCo’s identify their key challenges, and delivering agile interim solutions tailored to support and deliver results to their organisation. He is a business partner to a range of companies, including start-ups, private equity firms and listed business across the UK, Europe, APAC and The Americas.

Prior to joining Venari Partners, Lenny was at search firms Odgers Berndtson and The Miles Partnership as their interim management and transformation specialist. Previous to that, he led the business transformation function for a global plc. Lenny holds a BSc (hons) in Economics with Finance from the University of Hertfordshire

Outside of Venari Partners, Lenny enjoys spending time with his family and is kept very busy by his two little girls, Eleni and Alexa. When he does have some spare time, he continues to play at a competitive standard of football and golf. Lenny also volunteers at local schools and youth clubs where he gives regular career talks and guidance.
