Conor joined Venari Partners in 2016 and is now Head of Research across all industries.

He holds a BA (Hons) in Politics from the University of Winchester and a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law. Whilst he now works across all the industries that Venari Partners covers, his career has been built on working with emerging Biotech, MedTech and HealthTech companies across Europe and North America to bring deep functional expertise from R&D through to Commercial, providing specialist support at every stage of a company’s growth journey. Conor helps clients to hire into key strategic and commercial roles, including positions across the C-Suite. He has specific experience in hiring candidates with backgrounds in Strategic Marketing, Corporate Development, Strategic Planning, Market Access and Pricing.

Within the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry, Conor has a keen interest in personalised medicine. He believes that new technologies such as Genomic testing and DNA sequencing will help in the fight against some of the world’s deadliest diseases.

Outside of Venari Partners, Conor has a keen interest in Rugby Union, having played semi-professionally for Blackheath RFC. He now plays socially and tries to get to Twickenham to see England play as much as he can.
