Emily joined Venari Partners as a Researcher in March 2025, specialising in the Aviation & Aerospace practice. With extensive experience in aviation executive search, her primary focus has been on working with airlines, along with other global aviation brands like MROs and OEMs, across strategy, commercial, operational, digital, and financial sectors. Her expertise lies in conducting direct searches for niche, senior-level roles, helping clients find top leadership talent in a complex and competitive industry.

Prior to joining Venari Partners, Emily honed her skills at a boutique aviation executive search firm, where she specialised in identifying executive talent for a wide range of aviation organisations. Before that, she worked as an HR and recruitment manager, where she gained valuable experience in talent acquisition and people management. Originally from Chicago, Emily has been based in Madrid since 2017.
