Emily joined Venari Partners as a Researcher in March 2025, specializing in the Aviation & Aerospace practice. With extensive experience in aviation executive search, her primary focus has been on working with airlines, along with other global aviation brands like MROs and OEMs, across Strategy, Commercial, Operational, Digital, and Financial sectors. Her expertise lies in conducting direct searches for niche, senior-level roles, helping clients find top leadership talent in a complex and competitive industry.

Prior to joining Venari, Emily honed her skills at a boutique aviation executive search firm, where she specialized in identifying executive talent for a wide range of aviation organizations. Before that, she worked as an HR and Recruitment Manager, where she gained valuable experience in talent acquisition and people management.

Originally from Chicago, Emily has been based in Madrid since 2017. When she’s not working, she’s likely watching a game of one of her hometown teams (the Bears, White Sox, Blackhawks, or Bulls) when the time difference allows, catching a musical in London, or traveling to visit friends and family. Emily also enjoys cooking and entertaining friends for dinner parties and special occasions. You can often find her enjoying sunny weekends on a terraza or hosting BBQs on the rooftop of her apartment.
