Previously, he has held executive roles at top-tier firms, including Managing Director of Badenoch & Clark (Adecco Group) and Managing Director Europe Acre, where he led sustainability-focused recruitment across the continent.

Based in Amsterdam, Harco has built and scaled search businesses across Europe and has successfully delivered on hundreds of leadership assignments for mission-driven organisations navigating complex change. He brings deep insight into the leadership challenges of the sustainability transition and is uniquely positioned to advise on talent strategies that drive impact and long-term value. A certified Climate Reality Leader trained by Al Gore, Harco combines corporate expertise with a personal commitment to environmental and social progress. He joined Venari Partners in May 2026 following the company's acquisition of Calderon Search & Advisory, the search firm Harco founded the previous year.
