Felix joined Venari Partners in 2025 as Managing Director, with a mandate to scale the business and expand into new sectors and geographies. He began his recruitment career in 2005 with Marks Sattin, before moving into senior leadership roles at Investigo and Badenoch + Clark (part of The Adecco Group). In 2016, he co-founded Agora Talent, a boutique search firm specialising in the consumer sectors. Over eight years, Felix built a personal brand as a trusted advisor to investors and founders, delivering retained mandates across Europe and the U.S. – both for investment professionals and senior hires within high-growth portfolio companies.
