Georgina joined Venari Partners as a Researcher in March 2025 in the Private Equity practice. With extensive experience in executive search, her primary focus will be across the broader Industrials sector within Private Equity. Her expertise lies in executing searches for C-suite and Board-level roles, helping clients find leadership talent.

Prior to joining Venari Partners, Georgina worked at one of the leading SHREK firms within the Industrials practice. While in this role, she executed C-suite and Board level appointments across a variety of organisations including private equity backed portfolio companies and for infrastructure funds. She worked across a variety of subsectors including utilities, airports, infrastructure, construction and transport. Georgina started her career in search at a boutique firm focused on Financial Services.

Originally from Australia, Georgina started her career in talent representation in the film and television industry. She has been based in London since 2017 and when she’s not working, she is attending a book club, at a yoga class or watching films.
