Kwesi joined Venari Partners in 2022 and is now a Research Consultant in the Aviation & Aerospace team.

Before transitioning to aviation and aerospace, he gained experience in executive search within the biotech and pharmaceutical industry. Now, he specialises in identifying top leadership talent for airlines, airports, MROs, and aviation service providers worldwide. He enjoys tackling complex searches and delivering strategic talent solutions that drive industry innovation.

Kwesi holds a First-Class degree in Psychology & Philosophy from the University of Nottingham.

A former semi-professional rugby player, he now prefers to enjoy the game from the stands or the comfort of his couch. Outside of work, you’ll often find him at the gym or on the badminton court.
