Laura joined Venari Partners in 2025, where she provides executive support to Felix Meller and James Parker.

Laura holds a Level 4 diploma in visual merchandising. Before joining Venari Partners, she embarked on her career within the NHS, starting as an apprentice while earning a business administration qualification. Over time, Laura advanced to the role of personal assistant, where she supported multiple doctors and healthcare professionals. Laura then transitioned into the construction industry, further developing her skills providing high-level support as an executive assistant.
