Laura joined Venari Partners in 2025, where she provides Executive support to Felix our Managing Director, and James our Director.

Before joining Venari Partners, Laura embarked on her career within the NHS, starting as an apprentice while earning a business administration qualification. Over time, she advanced to the role of Personal Assistant, where she supported multiple doctors and healthcare professionals. Laura then transitioned into the construction industry, further developing her skills as an Executive Assistant, providing high-level support to Director-level executives.

Laura holds a level 4 Diploma in visual merchandising and still has a love for all things fashion.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys reading, travelling, trying new restaurants with friends, and spending time with family.
