Momodou joined Venari Partners as a Research Consultant, with a focus on life sciences executive search. He began his career in 2016 with SRG, before progressing through senior search roles at Korn Ferry, Armstrong Craven and WittKieffer, building deep expertise in talent mapping, market intelligence and senior-level mandates across healthcare and life sciences. He has also held in-house leadership roles, most notably at ONI, a biotech startup, where he helped scale the organisation. 

Momodou holds a BSc in Biomedical Science and an MSc in Business Psychology, giving him a rare blend of scientific fluency and behavioural insight. He brings a rigorous, candidate-centred approach to search and a genuine passion for connecting exceptional talent with the organisations shaping the future of life sciences.
