Natalia joined Venari Partners in November 2025 as a Consultant for our Sustainable Chemicals & Fermentation practice.

She has six years’ experience in recruitment and retained search, working predominantly in the sustainability and renewable energy sectors before entering the sustainable chemicals and fermentation sectors. She is the founder and curator of Women in Fermentation, a LinkedIn group for women working in the sector to network and share insights.

Natalia moved to the UK from Poland in 2015. She holds a degree in neuroscience from the University of Westminster.
