As Partner for the Aviation & Aerospace practice, she focuses on identifying and placing senior executives and high-calibre talent across corporate jet operators, OEMs, charter companies, FBOs, maintenance and completions providers, and aviation service organisations globally. Sam partners with industry-leading companies from large fractional ownership operators and private family fleets to luxury FBO networks, aircraft OEMs, and aviation technology innovators to deliver strategic hires to drive growth, operational excellence, and global expansion.

She has extensive experience headhunting across the full C-suite, senior executives, directors, and specialist skillsets for a broad spectrum of clients, including flagship airlines, MRO facilities, and rotary aviation services. Sam has over 15 years’ experience in recruitment and executive search, having joined Venari Partners from the aviation specialist GOOSE Recruitment.
