Before joining Venari Partners, Sean spent two years at a boutique hospitality recruitment firm, specializing in operational recruitment within the luxury hospitality industry, ranging from senior management to C-suite roles. In his role at Venari Partners, Sean will assist clients in identifying top senior operational talent in the hospitality and leisure industries. With an MBA in Hospitality Management from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management and over 5 years of experience in the sector, he has cultivated an extensive industry network to help clients discover the best talent available.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Sean is a self-proclaimed food enthusiast and sports aficionado, with a particular passion for American Football. When he’s not dining at one of London’s latest culinary hotspots, you can likely find him exploring new destinations around the world.
