Before joining Venari Partners, Sean spent two years at a boutique hospitality recruitment firm, specializing in operational recruitment within the luxury hospitality industry, ranging from senior management to C-suite roles. In his role at Venari Partners, Sean leads the hospitality desk and assists clients at the senior level in identifying top-tier talent globally. With many years in the field, Sean has cultivated an extensive industry network, aiding organisations in strategic talent acquisition across all Strategy, Commercial, and Operational functions.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Sean is a self-proclaimed food enthusiast and sports aficionado, with a particular passion for American Football. When he’s not dining at one of London’s latest culinary hotspots, you can likely find him exploring new destinations around the world.
