Tim joined Venari Partners in November 2021 as Senior Consultant in our Retail, Consumer Goods & Sustainable Packaging practice. Tim has subsequently led Venari Partners’ offering in the packaging market. He is passionate about helping companies to make meaningful progress towards sustainable packaging and a circular economy model.

Tim previously spent seven years working with strategic, operational, and commercial talent, helping them transition into exciting brands within e-commerce, technology, and consumer goods. Typically, he supports multinational and high-growth PE/VC-backed consumer goods and packaging companies. He also spent two years in operational roles, organising mass participation events for international development charity Street Child, as well as for Limelight Sports.

Tim enjoys building relationships with both clients and candidates, and through his consultative approach he can identify world-class skillsets and advise clients on how to get the best from their teams.

Outside of work, Tim loves participating in running and cycling challenges and will try to involve colleagues and clients whenever he can!
