Tim Hartnell

Tim joined Venari Partners in November 2021 as Senior Consultant in the Retail & Consumer Goods Practice.

Prior to this, Tim spent seven years’ experience working with strategic, operational and commercial talent helping them transition into exciting brands within e-commerce, technology and consumer goods. Typically he works with large corporate organisations or high growth VC-backed businesses.

Before joining Venari, he spent two years in operational roles organising mass participation events for international development charity Street Child and Limelight Sports.

Tim’s enjoys building relationships with both clients and candidates and through his consultative approach is able to identify world-class skill sets and advise clients how to get the best from their teams.

Outside of work, he loves participating in running and cycling challenges and will try to involve colleagues and clients whenever he can!
