A life-changing expedition to Petra
You have been nominated for the unique opportunity to trek through Jordan... Are you up for the challenge?
You've been nominated!
You are someone’s unsung hero! We asked for nominations for deserving individuals to participate in this unique opportunity, and your name came up. So here we are!
Are you up for the challenge?
We hope you see the Venari Partners Challenge as the amazing experience we want it to be! You have a chance to win a 10-day trip to Jordan to fundraise for charity while hiking to Petra. However, we want to make sure you are happy to be entered into the selection process.
1, 2, 3...You're in!
The selection process will include 3 steps:
the form attached, confirming your entry;
a more detailed questionnaire about the cause you will fundraise for and what it means to you;
a video interview to introduce yourself and your chosen charity!
And the winners are...
A neutral panel will select the seven participants. The winners will be contacted and will have to confirm their attendance by 26 May. The final group will be announced publicly on 1 June.
Ready, steady, fundraise!
Once the winners have been announced, they will be encouraged and supported to raise at least £1,000 for the charity of their choice. Adventurer Sean Conway will lead the team and provide support for the fundraising campaign and training programme.
Off to Jordan
We are fully funding the expedition to Petra. The participants will need to be available 14-21 October 2023 to take part in this once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Sorry! Entries are now closed
You had until 1 May to be nominated to trek through Jordan and fundraise for charity.
For the Venari Partners Challenge, we will fund seven deserving individuals to take part in a 10-day, once-in-a-lifetime trip to Jordan to raise money for charities of their choice. The participants will be chosen by a neutral panel and accompanied by a couple of Venari Partners employees as well as Sean Conway.
The journey will include trekking along part of the Jordan Trail and camping Bedouin-style under the stars, before finishing at the ancient Rose City of Petra, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.
Ambassador & Team Leader
Endurance athlete and adventurer extraordinaire Sean Conway is the campaign’s official ambassador and team leader. He is an unstoppable individual who has pushed himself to the limit, completing awe-inspiring feats such as breaking the world record for the fastest unsupported cycle across Europe and undertaking a self-supported ultra-triathlon along the coast of mainland Britain – all while battling the elements and overcoming immense physical and mental challenges. He will motivate our participants in their push towards the finish line!
When it comes to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), we believe in deeds, not words. Helping those less fortunate than ourselves is not just the right thing to do – it is an essential, integral aspect of our business culture and values. Put simply, CSR is, and has always been, woven into the core of how we operate.
This year, we’re very pleased to announce our first ever Venari Partners Challenge. This initiative will blend our dedication to changing people’s lives for the better with our enthusiasm for providing exceptional experiences.
