Marina arrived at Venari Partners in September 2023 and is currently a Research Consultant for the Aviation, Travel, and Hospitality sectors. Before joining the company, Marina spent two years as an internal recruiter for a large hospitality group, specialising in senior management and C-suite roles. She assists an array of organisations to identify, attract, and retain international leadership talent. A native of Montreal, Marina graduated with a double Masters’ degree from Columbia University and London School of Economics in International and World History, where she developed extensive research skills.
