Peter has over 15 years’ experience providing Executive Search solutions to investment firms with assets in the industrial sector. He has completed search assignments in over 40 countries, working with many of the leading names in private equity (PE) as well as first time funds. He has been responsible for a number of high-profile PE appointments across C-Suite, Chair, Board, M&A, Restructuring, Transformation, and Portfolio Operations roles.

With a passion for the industrial sector, Peter has gained experience in automotive, construction, chemicals, industrial goods, energy, and diversified industrial tech.

Prior to joining Venari Partners, Peter co-founded a boutique search firm with a market-leading reputation in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). The company supports DACH-headquartered investment firms and corporates in attracting Strategy, Portfolio Operations, and Restructuring & Transformation talent.

Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending time with his family and is kept very busy by his three children, Erin, Louie, and Finley. When he does have some spare time, he continues to play a competitive standard of football and enjoys travelling.
