Lenny has 20 years of experience providing Executive Search
and Interim Solutions to investment firms across a multitude
of sectors, functions and regions. He has worked with many of
the leading names in PE as well as first time funds.
Before joining
Venari Partners, Lenny was previously at search firms Odgers
Berndtson and The Miles Partnership respectively. He has been
responsible for a number of high profile PE appointments across
C-Suite, Chair, Board, M&A, Restructuring, Transformation, and
Portfolio Operations. Lenny’s hands on approach and extensive
global network makes him one of the go to names in the industry..
Outside of Venari Partners, Lenny enjoys spending time with his family and is kept very busy by his two little girls, Eleni and Alexa. When he does have some spare time, he continues to play at a competitive standard of football and golf. Lenny also volunteers at local schools and youth clubs where he gives regular career talks and guidance.
