Diversity & Inclusion Assignment – Life Sciences Case Study

One of our clients in the Life Sciences sector has committed to achieving full gender equality in their leadership positions globally by 2030. In line with their diversity & inclusion commitments, Venari Partners was engaged on an initial 6-week market mapping assignment to identify, assess and evaluate the female candidate market within a particular sub-sector, region and level.

The aim was to build a talent pipeline of outstanding female leaders that could be considered for upcoming leadership roles in a particular segment of the business.

Venari Partners built a longlist of candidates that matched the agreed search criteria and interviewed over 50 female leaders to understand their experience, career ambitions and suitability to the organisation. A final shortlist of 15 candidates was approved and presented to the client with full reports and recommendations. These individuals will now be considered for leadership positions within the organisation, either in the immediate or near future.

This assignment is part of a broader, long-term partnership which exists to support the organisation with achieving full gender equality by 2030. Venari Partners will continue to manage and develop the talent pipeline on our client’s behalf to ensure that they are pursuing suitable candidates across all segments of the business and remaining on track to hit this important target.

We look forward to strengthening this partnership further in the years to come as we continue to build an exceptionally talented and diverse leadership group around the world.
