At Venari Partners, we are passionate about the transformative power of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) at work. While diverse and equitable practices can (and should) feature at every level of an organisation, the tone is often set from the top down. As such, we always advocate for diverse leadership across the industries in which we operate – including aviation and aerospace, where traditionally women have not been afforded the same opportunities as men.

The gender diversity gap in the airport sector

The airport sector is by no means exempt from this conversation; Airports Council

International (ACI) has also called for greater gender diversity in aviation and

aerospace. While it is positive to note growing female representation both at C- and NED-level, for this report we wanted to turn our attention to research an area

that Venari Partners has not yet covered in detail: airports.
